If you're experiencing an issue with any CET computer, please contact us for assistance at cettech@rit.edu. Please include the location of the lab (ie. GOL-1320) as well as which computer/s.

Note: We support CET faculty, staff, and lab computers, we do not support or offer assistance with personal computers. Students: for assistance with personal computers, we suggest you utilize ITS Resnet.
