- Email us at cettech@rit.edu

or

- Find us in GOL-1140.

Please include the location of the lab (ie. GOL-1320) which computer/s are experiencing issues, and a description of what the issues are.

Note: We support CET faculty, staff, and lab computers, we do not support or offer assistance with personal computers. Students: for assistance with personal computers, we suggest you utilize ITS Resnet.
